ABOUT ME 

Hi there !

 

My name is Subeyda and I am a Virtual Assisant. 

 

I provide administrative support to clients in a range of demanding professions. My position as a Virtual Assisant helps clients find more time for themselves and allows them to focus on important tasks whilst I take care of the rest. This also helps clients save money and increase efficiency as I only provide my assistance when it's required .

 

I originally started this journey through having jobs in the administrative sector within NGO and healthcare organisations. These roles entailed providing administrative support to all departments and management. These roles involved managing inboxes , telephone queries and event management.  Furthermore, in 2019 I decided to support relatives and friends in managing their new businesses which involved admin duties including researching and writing reports. At this point I realised the demand for small businesses and individuals to have administrative support. 

 

One year later I have decided to launch my own Virtual Assisant business using the skills which I’ve acquired from both public and private settings.

 

I am based in London and can work remotely from my office at home or on site depending on the needs of my client. I view myself as friendly , approachable and hard working which are all reflective in my excellent communication skills . I am able to do any administrative task whether it includes answering phone calls to replying back to emails and anything else.
